Dr. Doug Dill has been senior pastor of CFCF since 2006. His heart’s desire is to see the kingdom of Jesus be manifest here on earth just as it is in heaven. Pastor Doug believes that followers of Jesus should have two main characteristics: Loving God with everything in us, and loving others as we do ourselves. Doug and his wife, Annie, have four children and five grandchildren. Doug is a graduate of The College of Wooster, Ashland Theological Seminary and United Theological Seminary. Before coming to CFCF, Doug served as a Christian school principal and as a church planter in Japan.
Rev. Shane Minné has been ministering to teenagers through coaching, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Youth Ministry for 30 years. Pastor Shane has worked with our youth ministry here at Canal Fulton Christian Fellowship for the past 25 years. He coaches football at Northwest High School in Canal Fulton and leads Fellowship of Christian Athletes at both Northwest Middle School and Northwest High School. Shane is married to Jenni and they have three adult children, Broc, Liberty and Andrew.
Rachael Barkan has served as CFCF’s Children's Ministry Director since 2016. She is a graduate of Austintown Fitch High School (2000) and Malone University (2004). She also is employed by Northwest Local Schools as a Math and Reading Tutor. Rachael and her husband Todd have been married for 15 years and have 3 daughters.
Steve Finical – Steve has served as the Church Administrator at CFCF since 2010. He was ordained as a chaplain through the Furnace St. Mission of Akron in 2001. Steve is a graduate of Manchester High School and Heidelberg University (1977). He retired from the Summit County Sheriff’s Office in 2009 as a chief deputy where he served for 32 years. Steve and his wife Alison have been married for 40 years and have a son and a daughter and two grandchildren.
